A proper foundation is the springboard to success.

Elite Equine CO specializes in taking surrendered Off the Track Thoroughbreds as well as other performance horses and providing them with rehab they require and then graduate them into our retraining program. Upon being admitted to this program, these horses receive reconditioning and acquire a new foundation of skills in their retraining to go on to be competitive in Hunter Jumpers, eventing, and dressage rings. With the proper foundation, these horses are then matched with their perfect partner where they are re-homed and go on to further their training and flourish in their new career.
